It is our veiw that there is no gutter protection on the market that can povide you with a no maintenace solution as fine debris, dirt and seeds still enter creating a slurry that eventually creates massive blockages. (photos attached). this then becomes very costly as to clean, the gutter guard needs to be removed, cleaned and replaced. In many cases the refit of the gutter guard is not always as was due to screw holes becoming enlarged, material detiorating, etc. In fact 60 percent of our Clientele who have gutter guard - ask us to remove due to its failure. On average, the price of supply and install of gutter guard equates (depending on home size) to approximately 5 years of gutter cleaning services. As mentioned above, once gutter guard is installed, the gutters still need cleaning costing up to three times more due to the timely excercise involved. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE IS FAR BETTER AND CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUN.
